What are some of the excuses you often use to not stick to your resolutions? We are all guilty of making excuses and justifying our lack of motivation, so don’t beat yourself up too much about it. It’s human nature. In fact, our brains are wired that way. We tend to stick to what’s safe and comfortable, and making yourself do things out of your comfort zone requires a strong will and a lot of determination. But you ARE more than capable. All you need to do is change the way you react to temptations. If your goal is SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-limited) and your vision clear, you won’t have much problem sticking to your resolutions.
