As our services are digital, in general we do not provide refunds, as the product cannot be physically returned. However, all services can be canceled if we are notified in writing 30 days’ in advance. Upon receipt of notification, we will not bill you for any additional services after the 30 day period has elapsed.

Since all of the products we provide are digital services – and not physical products per se – there is no tangible delivery. However, the time scale with regard to the length of time it takes to complete the agreed upon digital services varies depending upon the specific service.
